Unwanted Items

Kooky Kids are happy to accept back any unwanted items supplied to consumers for refund, within 90days of purchase, providing the following terms are met:

  • All packaging must be intact so that the item is in a re-saleable condition
  • You provide your order number 
  • Return postage costs are covered by the customer (please also note that your original postage charge will not be included in the refund)


Refunds on unwanted items

Once the unwanted item is received back to the warehouse it will be checked and granted it meets our return policy conditions we will then offer a refund for this item. Refunds will be applied to the payment method that was used to purchase the item.

You should receive notification of your refund within 10 working days after your parcel has been returned. If you have not received notification of your refund within 10 working days, please contact us.


Faulty Products

We are very sorry if your purchase proves to be faulty.  As parents ourselves we do know how fustrating and inconvenient it is when items are faulty, we aim to rectify as quick as possible, the quickest method is:

  • Take photo or video of the defect
  • Send through the video or image to our whats app number:
  • OR Email image/video to
  • Include order number on all correspondence

Please do not send the item to us without contacting us first as suppliers can often send parts etc direct to you.

We reserve the right to test the product before accepting it back for refund or replacement.

Returning Incorrect Items

Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the contents of their packages and inform us of any discrepancies at the earliest opportunity.

Please note that some items may be dispatched in an outer carton that differs in description to that of the items ordered. Where you have received the incorrect items, we will arrange collection of the incorrect items on a date suitable for you within 7 days of the correct item being delivered. Where the correct item has been delivered and the incorrect item has not been collected or otherwise returned to us, then you will be liable for the cost of the incorrect item(s).

What should I do if my product breaks down during the guarantee period?

Please contact our customer service team via remembering to include your order number and postcode.

Personalised products

Regrettably we are unable to offer a refund on, or exchange personalised, made-to measure or perishable goods unless they are faulty. If the product is faulty, please contact us first via email remembering to state your order number.

We aim to refund all returns within 48 hours of arrival in our warehouse. Refunds are processed via the original payment method.  However please do allow 10 Days for returns and refunds to be processed, If you have not received notification of your refund within 10 working days, please contact us.
