Standard Delivery Costs:
£0.01 to £15.00 = £2.95
£15.01 to £69.99 = £4.95
Over £70.00 = NO CHARGE
Next Day Delivery UK Only: Flate Rate £6.95 (Order Needed By 1PM)

- Returns & Replacements
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items must be in its original condition, in original packaging - complete, unused, and unopened, with any seals and shrink wrap intact within 30 days with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 30 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
In the unlikely event the item is faulty please do contact and we will be happy to help. Sometimes it is easier to contact the manufacturer directly as they can solve the issue quicker than we can. Email must be received before sending goods back.
